Heals, and Pain Killing, or Why Aren't All our Toons retired to NPCS by level 30

Well, that was a longer journey than expected. So much has changed in my life some people think I am having a mid life crisis. If I am I recommend it. Your life changes radically sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, but a little shakeup, (or a lot of shakeup in my case) can be a good thing.
I haven't played much WoW lately so as I get back into the game I will have more thoughts to post. I have finished the first major draft of the book, a complete rewrite of so much, that there is little resemblance to what you know. Which is what I intended.

I just got over a kidney stone, no it doesn't kill you it only makes you want to die. Which brings me to wonder, how heroic must our characters be to throw themselves into certain oblivion time and time again. It is no wonder some people become NPCs. I had to go through a brief hearing in which my client pled out and agreed to a limited jail sentence, with the stone, and before the medication. I can tell you after that one fight I went straight to the hospital and was so grateful for pain medication. {Talidol is AMAZING!!!} Perhaps healers have some pain neutralizing effect with their heals? I know Disco priests have Pain Suppression, but given the punishment our characters are regularly dished out those heals must be addicting on some level. Don't you think?

Anyway I am still not back at full strength, but able to function in society again is great. Back to posting these random thoughts and ideas. I will continue editing the book, just to make sure I have made all the corrections I can find, but I will also begin a more regular playing schedule, provided my health holds.

Follow your dreams, you never know where they will take you.
